I’d base my characters on the account team. In turn they’ed complain to the Group Head about the state of my characters faces. He was in on the gag but the account team weren’t. He hated reviewing my work as it took him a huge amount of effort to stop from cracking up. I loved watching his sides quiver as he fought to kept a straight face.
