Today it has over 113,000,000 hits. It’s probably one of the few campaigns that has gone viral successfully for such a long time, but was it successful? Most of the hitters were Barcelona Fans not Turkish Airline Fans. However, with 113,000,000 hits, even at 1% response that will deliver 1.3m sales. So, how do people go viral? Simple ideas? Fame? Adaptability? Keyboard Cat wasn’t a famous personality but t was a simple to adapt idea. It was daft. It didn’t tell you anything. It wasn’t meant to. It was purely to entertain, but it did go viral.
